I started my Real Estate career at the young age of 19 after attending the Academy of Art Institute in San Francisco where I studied marketing and motion picture films. I soon realized my interest lied elsewhere I increasingly became more interested in jumping into business for myself. I left the Art Institute, became a Licensed Realtor and, at the age of 21, became the youngest Qualifying Broker and Brokerage Owner in the State of New Mexico, my current home and place of business.

After several years on my own, I started a small team that focused on new construction developments which provided me the opportunity to nurture my first love Рmarketing. Like a snow ball gradually picking up speed, the marketing I created for our condo and town-home developments created a demand for my brokerage to handle the sales and marketing for over $100 million in inventory in a very short period of time. That same year, I made it as a Top 30 Under 30 Finalist for Realtor Magazine, in large part because of my innovative marketing strategies, and my small break out team had grown to a brokerage of 30+ Agents, specializing in many different niches.

From building psychographic campaigns, buyer personas, and building a deeper understanding of online consumer psychology, I helped our small company design larger-than-life marketing campaigns that generated demand and sparked desire. A few years later, I decided to take my skill set to a international level and, with my wife Toni, I made a decision to use our marketing skills in a new way by creating something that every agent could enjoy and profit from – Elevated Real Estate Marketing. One year later and two weeks before our daughter was born, we launch Leads2Listing.com (now known as Elevated REM ) a home valuation landing page and single property website company that helps Agents all across the world generate more leads.

It was during this time that clients and fellow industry members across the country would ask for my marketing input. I began creating online strategies, specifically for Facebook, for Real Estate Agents, Brokerages, and Teams to deploy in order to market their listings, create brand awareness, recruit Agents to their offices, and generate leads. Organically, I began to coach many of my existing clients and saw their successes soar. This process of coaching Agents, and seeing their resulting success, lead me to create Elevated REM Facebook Coaching as well as Elevated REM Advertising Agency for Real Estate.
