One of the newest strategies that I’ve launched recently is the “New Listing Alert!” Ad. This ad re-targets web visitors and leads that have visited your website, but may have not been back to your site in two weeks, 30 days or whatever time limit you want to frame out to target those people and bring them back to your property search website. This strategy uses some of my “prime and remind” methodology that helps to craft a portion of the middle of the funnel. The top of the funnel is what got those leads to your site, now it’s time to remind them that you exist and that your site is the place to find those new homes that have just hit the market.
